COMPLETE VIDEO SOLUTIONS
VIDEOGRAPHY AND SLOW-MOTION STATION
CORONAVIRUS POLICIES
Effective March 15th, 2020, Last updated 3/19/20.
Due to the recent coronavirus pandemic, our company, Complete Video Solutions, LLC, are enacting the following policies for all existing contracts and future contracts with our clientele. Please read thoroughly and know that due to global/nation-wide/local ever-changing circumstances, that these policies may be changed over time.
Postponement. If any booked event with us is affected by the coronavirus pandemic, causing the wedding/event date to change, we will offer a FULL refund of ALL money paid to us if we are not able to accommodate the package on the new scheduled wedding/event date, with the following stipulations:
- Original Wedding/Event Date must fall within time-frame outlined by our government and the CDC as to a period of crisis.
- Wedding Packages cannot be altered or downgraded on the new date, and the full balance of the contract will be paid, just at a later date, with any remaining balances due 30 days before the NEW scheduled wedding/event date.
- If we are able to accommodate on the new date, we will provide the same package as contractually obligated. And although we will try our best to keep the same Videographer assigned on the new date, we will have the right to change the Videographer. If Drone service is included in the package, all existing drone restrictions apply on the new date as originally stipulated in the contract.
- If the new wedding/event date is at a new location, Complete Video Solutions LLC reserves the right to charge any additional for travel and/or hotel stay if outside a 90-minute driving window from Chesterfield, MI.
- If all conditions are met and Complete Video Solutions LLC agrees that the postponement was due to the coronavirus or circumstances related to it, a new contractual addendum will need to be electronically signed by both parties.
- In the case of postponement where we ARE able to accommodate on the new date, no refunds of any kind will be given.
- All of the above applies to both Videography and Slow-Motion Station packages.
- If for any reason Complete Video Solutions is NOT available on the newly scheduled wedding/event date, we will issue a FULL refund of all money paid to us, and will pay this back to the client within 6-months of the day we are notified of the new wedding/event date. If a client had booked BOTH Videography and Slow-Motion Station with us, but we are only able to accommodate one or the other service on the newly scheduled wedding/event date, then they will be refunded only the portion associated with the unavailable service.
- All factors of this policy are at the discretion of Complete Video Solutions, LLC.
PAYMENT POLICY. We are asking, in the event of a Postponement, if it is at all possible to still honor your original payment due dates and amounts as outlined in your Contract with us. Being a small business, we are trying to be as flexible as possible, but as you can imagine, if we were to, for example, postpone every Summer wedding in 2020 - and postpone all expected payments along with it - it would create an incredible hardship on us to maintain editors, videographers and our business in the short term.
So for example, if you have a June 2020 wedding, your full balance was probably due sometime in May 2020. If your wedding is postponed until December 2020, we would still ask that you pay your original scheduled payments in May as originally agreed to.
We understand that if this is not possible for you, we are willing to work with you. Please contact us on a wedding-by-wedding basis if you feel you are not able to make original payments by original due dates or need your payment schedule altered.
