Q: What are your packages?
A: See our most current packages here. It is common that video companies offer "packages" for weddings...Although we do offer package deals, our belief is that you don't fit into a certain mold, or package. You can pick the style that best suits you, from Content Creation to a Traditional Wedding Video, to having both at your wedding. In all scenarios, we never "charge more" for the editing: it is included in all packages, regardless of number of hours of coverage.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: This is by far the most commonly asked question, and rightly so! We are always upfront with the cost of our services, but the truth is, each wedding is different, and involves different requirements based on your wants and needs. The best way to get a quote is to contact us and give as much information as you can about your wedding day, and what parts of the day are important to you. Once we hear that, we may have some additional questions, but after 1 or 2 emails or phone conversations we should be able to give you an accurate price...Other factors such as the time of year, location, etc. can play into the price.

Q: How many cameras do you use?
A: We typically use at least 2 cameras, and by "cameras" we mean video-cameras, for our Traditional Video Packages (our Content Creation package uses just 1 camera, shot in Vertical format). Some situations require more than just 2. Often times, we simply use as many cameras as we need in order to cover your event in the best possible way...without "over doing it" and turning your wedding into a cluttered movie shoot.
Q: Do I get to choose who my Videographer is?
A: We here at Complete Video Solutions are a team...a well-oiled machine. We have several Videographers and Editors that work for us, all of which are experienced, awesome and hand-picked by the owner, Tom Santilli. We have full faith in every single one of our team members, so you are in good hands no matter who is your Videographer. We usually assign events about 3 months in advance, and at that time we'd be able to tell you specifically who your Videographer(s) will be. No matter who is your day-of Videographer, with Complete Video Solutions, you will be guaranteed one of the top creative professionals in the business.
Q: What are the advantages in having 2 Videographers in my package instead of just one?
A. Having two videographers in your package—one dedicated Content Creator and one traditional cinematic videographer—offers the best of both worlds. While the Content Creator focuses on capturing vertical, social-media-ready clips throughout the day, the traditional videographer is dedicated to filming a cinematic wedding video that beautifully tells the story of your day in a timeless, long-form format. This ensures that not only do you get quick, shareable highlights for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, but you also have a professionally edited, feature-length wedding video to treasure for years to come.
Q: I'm having a hard time deciding on the packages: Help?
A: No problem. If you’re torn between the Content Creation Package and the Traditional Cinematic Wedding Video, think about how you want to relive and share your special day. The Content Creation Package is perfect if you love the idea of real-time, social-media-ready highlights and want to share your day instantly with friends and family online. On the other hand, the Traditional Cinematic Wedding Video offers a timeless, beautifully edited film that captures your entire story in a way you’ll treasure forever. Q: How will my video look and how much input will I have?
A: The "style" of our videos is definitely described usually as "Cinematic" but it differs based on your input. We will ultimately edit the video according to how you want it to look, so you will get everything that is important to you.
As for how much input, the answer to this is: "as much or as little as you want!" Some brides know EXACTLY every detail on how they want the video shot and put together, while other brides give us complete creative control over their video...There is no right or wrong approach to it! We are here to create for you your unique video, and we guide you through the process to make it easy for you, and one less thing to worry about.

Q: Do you offer HD (High Definition) or 4k shooting and how is the final product delivered?
A: We absolutely shoot in 4K and 100% of weddings that we do are shot in 4K/HD...as of January 2021, we have phased out ALL physical media delivery (discs, Blu-Rays, etc) as this is no longer a viable option, nor is it a good way for our couples to properly archive their weddings for the future. All Final Content is delivered online, and we provide detailed instructions at the time of delivery so that you know not only how to play and access your videos, but how to download and archive them so that you will always have them.
Q: Do you use Drones in your Videography service?
A. The answer is yes! Being a cutting-edge Video company, we have the latest and greatest tools to make your video professional and unique. We are certified Part 107 pilots by the FAA to fly drones commercially so you can count on us to do high-quality work and keep safety as a number one priority. Drone usage varies from event to event, as we are not able to fly the drone in certain areas, or if there is bad weather or high winds, or any number of factors. Please check with us if you are interested in having a drone, and if our drone is available and the conditions are right, we will fly it. The Drone is only available in the Traditional Package and is not a part of the Content Creation Package.
Q: How far will you travel?
A: Short answer: Anywhere!!! In Michigan, out of Michigan, anywhere in the United States or Canada, or beyond! Let me know the details and I will include all travel arrangements in the cost of the package. Typically if we have to travel over 75 minutes away from where we are located (in Chesterfield, MI), we may need a room for our crew members as part of the package. We'd be happy to discuss your individual needs.
Q: How long until we receive the finished videos?
A: If you book the Content Creation Package, you will have ALL raw footage and final edited videos within 7 days of your wedding...and most the day-of.
The Traditional Package takes much longer just due to the nature of the editing process. The truth is, I try to get the video back to you as soon as possible, but with that said, I also am focused on providing you a quality video that includes all of the things we discussed. I would never "rush" through an edit just to get it to you on deadline...So what that means is, I do not guarantee any return time on the video, but I can say that it is normally in the range of 3-7 months from your wedding day. You will have the video forever, keep that in mind, and the extra time spent waiting is resulting in your video being given the attention that it deserves!

A: Just like anything else that has become "hot" or "popular" over the years, there is a rush for every company to offer this new service to you. The bad news for you is that it becomes increasingly impossible to decipher the quality services from those "hacks" that are out there just trying to make a buck.

Q: Do you offer JUST Photo Booth or JUST Slow-Motion Booth, if I wanted one and not the other?
A: As of 2019, due to the popularity of our Slow-Motion, we no longer are offering JUST Photo Booth.

Q: WHAT WAS YOUR RESPONSE DURING THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC?
A: Within days of the pandemic starting in March 2020 - we posted online a FULL Coronavirus Postponement/Cancellation Policy. You can read it here: www.cvideosolutions.com/coronavirus. Simply stated: If we are not able to accommodate you on your newly rescheduled day, we are offering FULL refunds...that means deposits and balances.
We want our couples to book with us in confidence knowing that we will work with them as best we can during these crazy times.
In addition, our Video crews will adhere to all CDC guidelines and will socially distance appropriately at all events. We will wear masks when appropriate or upon request. For our Slow-Motion Station, the on-site attendant will disinfect the touch-screen after every use and will keep the entire Station area clean and sanitary throughout the event. We will do everything possible to maintain a safe and non-threatening work environment for our staff, our couples and guests using our services.
