Chances are that if you are a bride (or know someone getting married), your entire life's focus has changed. Take advantage of the holiday season to get the bride-to-be what they really want: anything to do with their wedding! One thing that every couple has (hopefully!) is a budget for the wedding. Christmas can be a nice "loop-hole" in the wedding budget. If mom wants to buy you some jewelry, or pay for your flowers, it's just a Christmas gift and won't be counted in the "actual" budget. It's how you look at it! But basically, you can go with some big ticket items, or maybe help with some of the smaller accents. Here are some Christmas gift ideas for any bride. Find out what is important to a bride, or something that is on the "fringe" of the budget, like those fancy chair covers that she wanted, or maybe even a service (like videography!). Offer to help them out with money. If you are close family, or the maid-of-honor, make it something meaningful. Part of your job is to make sure the bride remembers how fun everything is not only at the wedding but the entire planning process.
If you can't afford to buy a big-ticket item (or give a gift from the entire bridal party perhaps), there are many meaningful smaller items as well. How about a personalized Christmas ornament? Or some bridal gear such as T-shirts or handbags? Here are some more Christmas gift ideas for the bride-to-be. If you are a groom looking for a great gift for your bride, here are some more ideas. Digital picture frames are also a cool gift. See if the bride has a wish list or can make one prior to the holidays. And of course, if the bride is registered anywhere, be sure to check that list as well. If you do buy a Christmas gift off of a registry, remember that this is your Christmas gift to the bride, you should still plan on buying her a wedding gift when the time comes. Doing this is kind of like getting a "2-for-1" special if you're the bride! Oh yah, and since he is getting married too, here are some Christmas gift ideas for the groom!
